Overview

Reclaim.ai treats your calendar as something to be defended rather than filled. It automatically schedules habits (gym, deep work), tasks with due dates, and one-to-one meetings into the gaps, and — crucially — reschedules them when a meeting lands on top. If a client call eats your Tuesday focus block, Reclaim quietly moves the block instead of deleting it. It adds buffer time between meetings, syncs personal and work calendars so neither double-books the other, and pulls tasks in from Asana, Todoist, Jira and Linear. Dropbox acquired it in 2024 and it continues to operate as a product. There is a permanently free Lite plan; paid tiers start around $10 per seat per month and rise from there. The caveats: it is calendar-centric and Google-first, with Outlook support arriving later and still less mature; letting an algorithm move your commitments takes a leap of faith and occasionally produces odd placements; and the free tier's one-week scheduling horizon is tight enough to push most serious users to pay.
