1. Acceptance & eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use ToolsPantry. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Listings & submissions

Submitting a tool does not guarantee publication. Every submission is reviewed and may be approved, rejected, or returned for changes at our discretion.

You confirm you have the right to submit the content (name, description, logos, screenshots) and that it is accurate and not misleading.

3. Acceptable use

Do not submit spam, malware, illegal content, or products that are not genuine AI tools. Do not scrape, disrupt, or attempt to game rankings, reviews, or search.

4. Reviews & user content

Reviews must reflect genuine experience. We moderate content and may remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or violate these terms. You retain ownership of what you post but grant us a license to display it on the site.

5. Paid placements

Featured, Sponsored and Launch placements are clearly labeled and affect placement only — never the integrity of organic rankings or reviews. Fees, billing and cancellation are described on the pricing page.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Subscription placements renew monthly until canceled. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, Inc.; we do not receive or store your full card details.

6. Intellectual property

The ToolsPantry name, design and original content are our property. Tool names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that listings are complete, current or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or any listed tool.

8. Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts or listings that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
