What is Knowledge Cutoff?
The date after which a model has no built-in knowledge of world events.
A knowledge cutoff is the point in time after which a model wasn't trained on any data, so it doesn't "know" later events.
Tools pair models with web search or retrieval to fill this gap with current information.
